• For full time college students & recent graduates we accept loans & grants as income and we would accept a parent cosigner

• No Evictions

• No Bankruptcies

• A credit report will be run for each applicant and cosigner to determine satisfactory credit worthiness

 

Occupancy:

• The maximum number of occupants for a 2 bedroom unit is 5 and for a 1 bedroom unit is 3. 

• All occupants, 18 years old or older, must submit an application. 

• Each applicant and parent cosigner must submit the required application fee.
